Moore Vyas Associates is in the business of making teams work. We do this by designing and delivering workshops that use music to bring alive critical business issues.

Our workshops are designed to work on a number of levels:

• As a team-building exercise that is both culture-independent and low in terms of opportunity cost - you can do it in the office!
• As an opportunity to experience and reflect on the factors that support a team in performing at a high level
• By leaving participants naturally poised for action, i.e. ready to put their learning into practice immediately

Founded in 2001, Moore Vyas Associates has worked regularly since then within the Accelerated Development Programme at London Business School, as well as with clients in both the corporate and voluntary sectors. More recently, the "One-Day Samba Band" workshop has been in included in another London Business School programme, Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Organisations.
