Vip is both an entrepreneur and a highly experienced facilitator and trainer. During the last ten years, he has combined running his own training companies, including Breakthrough Technology and ECTG, with facilitation and coaching work at the most senior levels, in some of the world's largest companies.

Vip's industry experience covers, among others, oil exploration, petrochemicals, banking/finance, real estate, pharmaceuticals, computer software/hardware, public transport and management consultancy. His articles have been published in a number of major personnel development magazines, and have covered subjects that include organisational transformation, culture change and organisational agility.
